It begins in our own community, and spreads overseas to every nation. Calvary members are involved in a variety of ministries locally, state-wide, nation-wide, and globally. Music & Worship
Calvary Baptist Church seeks to worship our holy, triune God, understanding that He has made that absolutely possible through the sacrifice of His Son, Jesus. We are sinful people, who are made clean and acceptable before God by the shed blood of Jesus, our Savior. Therefore, we seek to worship in spirit and in truth, proclaiming our love and devotion towards God, the One who loved us first and called us to Himself. We understand that worship is not a Sunday morning endeavor that is accomplished in an hour; however, it is a lifestyle of devotion and love towards God. We seek to worship God individually, as families, and corporately, as the church, by praising and glorifying His name, whether it is in the sanctuary on Sunday morning or at work on Tuesday. We know that worship is a privilege from God that allows us to marvel in His majesty and glory by His grace and mercy. Media & Technology
The Media and Sound Team, led by Landon Reynolds, involves overseeing all of the media and sound that takes place during the services at Calvary Baptist Church. To be a part of this team, you must have a working knowledge of computers. Refuge Youth Ministry

Prayer Ministry
Calvary Baptist Church believes that “…in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” Not only do we gather regularly to pray as a church body, we also have a ministry team who prays immediately for specific requests. Children's Ministry
The children are a vital part of Calvary Baptist Church, for Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” Calvary is committed to disciple children in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Preschool Ministry
Foundations for spiritual awareness are best set during the preschool years. Love from family and teachers allow a child to sense God's love. God, Jesus, Bible, church, the natural world, family, self, and others are areas in which spiritual awareness grow for preschoolers. Teachers assist in the spiritual development through positive words and actions as well as age appropriate activities. We believe each child is a special creation of God – “fearfully and wonderfully made.” (Psalm 139:14). The Closet
Our mission is to share the love of Jesus and help lift economic burdens by providing quality used and new clothing, shoes and linens to men, women, and children whose families are under financial strain. To know more, please click here.

Good News Club
God has allowed Calvary Baptist Church many great opportunities to reach children with the Gospel of Jesus Christ by entering into McLaurin Elementary School once a week. Every Thursday afternoon, during the school year, Calvary goes to McLaurin Elementary from 2:30 to 3:30 pm to teach children God’s perfect Word. God has blessed this ministry immensely and week after week we are allowed to see children come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
